According to historical
records compiled from the Ministry of Culture and National History of Kirmora, at
the beginning of its presence in the 13th century, Kirmora was just an island
with 3 (three) different clans ruling each part of the island. The three
clans were the Murmi Clan, Sarannakea Clan, and the Omimujelakoukasa Clan. These
three clans are the evolution of the ancestors of the Pacific and Asian peoples
due to massive migration thousands of years ago. The Murmi clan ruled in the
area along the northern coast of the main island. The Sarannakea clan ruled
the territory along the coast and southern bay of the main island.
Meanwhile, the Omimujelakoukasa Clan ruled in the mountainous and forest
areas of the central part of the island. These three clans often do not get along
and sometimes lead to dangerous conflicts that result in the loss of the lives
of the residents. Until the early 14th century, a popular figure from the
Omimujelakokasa Clan, tried to unite all the major clans so that there would be no
more conflict and strengthen the unity of the island. That character is The
Great Ralka and became the first king of Kirmora from that time on for
initiating the founding of the Kirmora kingdom. The Great Ralka also unites the
smaller islands around the main island. The name Kirmora was given as a royal name
because the meaning of Kirmora itself comes from the local language, namely the
Land of Peace.
At the beginning of the 16th century, British
colonies came and controlled the territory of the kingdom of Kirmora, so
that Kirmora was only a puppet kingdom controlled by the Governor General
of England at that time. Military power was weakened due to the British
policy which required the Kirmora military to join the British military
and only serve as public security guards. Until finally, on January 12,
1799, Kirmora was separated from the British Empire due to massive public
resistance spearheaded by Prince Kamaf (later king) over the death of his
father, the King of Galilee, who was shot dead by British soldiers.
Until now, January 12 is commemorated as
the birthday of Kirmora and the community and government always celebrate
it with a massive parade.
